To permanently remove the pop-up that appears every time you connect the Logitech M720 mouse to a Windows 11 machine, follow these steps:

Disable the pop-up
a. Connect the Logitech M720 mouse to your Windows 11 machine.
b. Click on the Start menu and type "Device Manager" in the search bar. Click on the "Device Manager" app to open it.
c. Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices" category.
d. Right-click on your Logitech M720 mouse device, and select "Properties."
e. Go to the "Power Management" tab and uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Modify the Registry
If the above steps don't work, you can try modifying the Windows Registry.
a. Press the Windows key + R, type "regedit" and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
b. Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}c. In the right pane, right-click and create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named "NoTouchPadSupport."
d. Double-click on the newly created DWORD, set its value to "1" and click "OK."
e. Close the Registry Editor and restart your computer.
