Download the latest version of the Windows installation media from the Microsoft Windows Download Center. Choose the media creation tool that matches your Windows version.
Run the downloaded media creation tool as an administrator. Click "Create installation media for another PC," then choose the language, architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), and edition of Windows.
Select the USB drive option and choose the drive you want to use for the Windows installation media. Click "Next" to start downloading the installation files and creating the bootable USB drive.
Once the process is complete, restart your computer and boot from the USB drive. To do this, you may need to change the boot order in your BIOS settings.
You should now see the Windows Setup screen. If you're presented with a prompt to install Windows or Repair your computer, choose the Repair option.
