Working with a software project that involves multiple large databases, a solution was found using a 2TB portable SSD drive. However, the corporate notebook enforces the use of BitLocker encryption. Here's how to set up BitLocker encryption on the portable SSD drive:

Plug in the portable SSD drive and ensure it's recognized by your system.
Open BitLocker Drive Encryption by searching for it in the Start menu or by right-clicking on the drive in File Explorer and selecting 'Turn on BitLocker'.
