Cannot Ping IPv6 Address: Troubleshooting Network Unreachability

Troubleshooting IPv6 Connectivity
To troubleshoot the inability to ping IPv6 addresses, consider the following:
- Check IPv6 Connectivity: Verify if your system has active IPv6 connectivity. Use the following command:
$ ip -6 addr show
This command should output at least one IPv6 address for your system.
- Verify IPv6 Routing: Check the routing table for IPv6 addresses:

Ensure that there is a valid default route for IPv6.
- Check Network Interface Configuration: Inspect your network interface configuration. Check if IPv6 is enabled on your interfaces.
- Test IPv6 Connectivity to a Known IPv6 Host: If the issue persists, test IPv6 connectivity to a known IPv6 host. This action checks if the issue is only with the target IPv6 address or worldwide.
- Verify IPv6 Support for Hardware and Operating System: Confirm if your hardware and operating system both support IPv6. Additionally, confirm that necessary IPv6 drivers are installed and enabled.
