3. Type "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Shortcuts" and press "Enter."
4. Locate the shortcut file for the PWA that has a blank icon.
5. Right-click on the shortcut file and select "Properties."

7. Click on the "Change Icon" button.
