Moving a Section or Section Group Back in OneNote

In Microsoft OneNote, you may need to move a section or a section group to reorganize your notes. This article will cover the process of moving a section or section group back in OneNote, including keyboard shortcuts and methods for moving multiple sections at once.

Moving a Section

To move a section in OneNote, follow these steps:

1. Click on the section tab that you want to move.
2. Click and hold the section tab, then drag it to the desired location.
3. Release the mouse button to drop the section in the new location.

Moving a Section Group
