Understanding the Issue

The Solution: Using the Nvidia Control Panel
The Nvidia Control Panel provides a way to set the preferred GPU for each application. By setting the Nvidia GPU as the preferred GPU for the Windows Logon screen, we can ensure that it is activated during boot-up.
