How to Access IP/Hostname on Windows using SSH Server

SSH (Secure Shell) is a network protocol that allows secure remote access to a computer or server. It provides a secure channel over an unsecured network, allowing you to access and manage your devices remotely. In this article, we will guide you on how to access the IP/Hostname on Windows using an SSH server.

Step 1: Install an SSH Server

The first step is to install an SSH server on your Windows machine. There are several SSH server options available, but for this guide, we will use OpenSSH.

1. Open the OpenSSH releases page on GitHub.
2. Download the latest release of OpenSSH for Windows by clicking on the "Assets" dropdown and selecting the installer package that matches your system architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Step 2: Enable the OpenSSH Server

Once the installation is complete, you need to enable the OpenSSH server.
