Getting CPU Temp with MSI Afterburner on HP Victus Ryzen 78845H without HWInfo

New HP Victus user here with a Ryzen 78845H CPU. I'm having trouble getting accurate temperatures readings using MSI Afterburner. Although HWInfo provides the data, I'd like to know how to get the CPU temp directly from MSI Afterburner.
