Users of the RTL8812BU USB 3.0 WiFi adapter report issues with the device not detecting USB 3.0 devices. This issue has been observed in Ubuntu 22.0.4 with kernel 6.15.0-44, although the driver has been mainlined since version 6.2. Attempts to use a USB 3.0 device instead result in detection as a USB 2.0 device.
