Lenovo Charger Connected to Dell Laptop: Not Charging

Accidentally connecting a Lenovo charger to a Dell laptop resulted in the laptop not charging, even when plugged in. Disconnecting the Lenovo charger and reconnecting the Dell charger did not resolve the issue.
