MIIS Deletes Microsoft 365 Accounts Upon Moving Users to Different OUs in Local Active Directory

When using local Active Directory domain with Microsoft Office 365 subscription emails, MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server) sync notices a user move to another Organizational Unit (OU). Unexpectedly, MIIS deletes the Microsoft 365 account associated with the moved user.
