Suspicions of Compromised Network: Ive Got Some Concerns

Ive noticed some suspicious activity on my network and Im concerned that it may have been compromised. Ive seen multiple IP addresses accessing my system and Im not sure what to do next. If you have any advice on how to investigate and mitigate this issue, Id appreciate your help.
