Multicast Traffic
In a network with multiple machines, some of them may subscribe to multicast traffic. The network route determines how the multicast packets are delivered to the subscribed machines.
IP Interface Radiolink
Given a number of machines subscribing to multicast traffic, either the network route or a radiolink can be used to deliver the multicast packets.
Number of Machines
The number of machines in the network determines the complexity of the multicast traffic delivery mechanism.
Example
For instance, if there are 10 machines in the network and they all subscribe to multicast traffic, the network route or a radiolink would be used to deliver the multicast packets efficiently.
