To customize the bottom lock screen on Windows 11 to hide stock updates and only display local weather information, follow these steps:

Press Win + I to open Settings.
Click on Personalization.
On the left side, click on Lock screen.
Under the Lock screen section, click on Show content from.
Uncheck the box next to Stock updates.
Check the box next to Weather.
Click on Customize your weather and traffic.
Under the Weather section, select your preferred weather service.
Choose your preferred location for weather updates.
Click on Save.

Now, your bottom lock screen on Windows 11 will only display local weather updates, and stock updates will be hidden.
