- Select the messages you want to exclude by holding down the Ctrl key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac).
- Right-click the selected messages and choose "Delete."
- Create a new rule to move the remaining messages to a separate folder.
- In the new rule settings, choose the "From" field and specify the email domains to exclude.
- Set the action for the rule to move the messages to a separate folder.
- Apply the rule to all existing messages in the folder.
- Export the messages in the remaining folder (without the excluded email domains) to a PST file or another format.
