To add rows to the taskbar in Windows 11, you can use a third-party application called Stardock Start11. However, the latest version of Windows 11 (OS build 22000.xxxx and later) has a patch that breaks the functionality of Start11. To bypass this patch, you can use the Stardock Start11 Patcher.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add rows to the taskbar in Windows 11 using Stardock Start11 and the Stardock Start11 Patcher:

  1. Download and install Stardock Start11 from the official website (https://stardock.com/products/start11/).

  2. After installing Start11, you'll notice that the taskbar doesn't support additional rows. To enable this feature, download the Stardock Start11 Patcher from GitHub (https://github.com/Tech-Recipes/Stardock-Start11-Patcher).

  3. Extract the contents of the Stardock Start11 Patcher zip file.

  4. Run the Start11.reg file as administrator to add the necessary registry entries.

  5. Now, open Start11 and go to the "Appearance" tab. Enable the "Multiple rows" option.

  6. Set the number of rows you want to add to the taskbar.
