Changing the Policy
To change the recommended homepage policy, follow these steps:

Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge\Recommended -
Right-click on the empty space in the right pane and select
New>String Value. -
Name the new value
Homepage. -
Double-click on the newly created
Homepagevalue and set its value data to the desired URL. -
