Site Settings.Under

To assign a user with the created permission level, go back to the Site Permissions page and follow these steps:

Invite Peoplewindow, enter the email addresses of the users and selectSend Invitation.-
In the newly displayed window, select the user or users you want to grant the new permission level to. Under
Select Permission Levels, select the created permission level (Full Control with Editable Cells), and clickOK.
