Replicating Excel 2010 Quick Access Toolbar Commands in Excel 365 for Mac
If you're moving from Excel 2010 for Windows to Excel 365 for Mac, you might want to replicate your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) commands to make the transition smoother. While most commands can be easily added to the QAT in Excel 365 for Mac, some commands, like the Font Name command, are not immediately apparent.
Adding Commands to the QAT in Excel 365 for Mac
To add commands to the QAT in Excel 365 for Mac, follow these steps:
- Click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button (the gear icon) located at the end of the QAT.
- Select More Commands from the drop-down menu.
- In the Excel Options dialog box, select the category of commands you want to add to the QAT from the Choose commands from drop-down list.
- Select the command you want to add from the list on the left, and click the Add button to move it to the QAT.
- Click OK to close the Excel Options dialog box.
Adding the Font Name Command to the QAT
While the Font Name command is not immediately visible in the list of commands in the Excel Options dialog box, you can still add it to the QAT using the following steps:

- Select More Commands from the drop-down menu.
