How to Force Gmail Conversation Grouping
To force Gmail to group specific emails together, we can use a Gmail filter. Here's how:

Create a new filterbutton. - In the
Fromfield, enter the email address(es) that you want to group together. - In the
Subjectfield, enter a unique phrase that will be added to the subject line of the emails you want to group together. - Click on the
Create filterbutton. - Check the
Apply the labelbox. - Create a new label for the grouped conversations.

Now, all the emails that match the filter will be grouped together under the label you created. You can access the grouped conversations by clicking on the label in the left-hand menu.
